We want you to love your order — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email support@207bones.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue or reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective)

Our support team will respond with next steps and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned. These will be clearly noted on the product page.
